Just stand there and soak up the energy. It's fantastic. Don't forget the Empire State Building. It's best if you time your visit just at dusk so you can watch the lights of the city come on. If you can afford it, a hotel room that overlooks Central Park is great. (If not Loew's Summit is a nice hotel.) Oh, and carriage ride around the park.Suzie Quinthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03111067679903509683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-199837341014147244.post-29903357651346373952011-04-17T09:39:12.445-05:002011-04-17T09:39:12.445-05:00I just had to comment because I LOLed at the addin...I just had to comment because I LOLed at the adding insult to injury part. Tell her 30 isn't as bad as she thinks, 31 kinda sucks though.

I went this past summer and winter and didn't do a lot of touristy stuff but liked the Village, Chinatown and Hells Kitchen areas. I like to just go walk around and see what I run into.Tiffany @ Simply Shakahttp://simplyshaka.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-199837341014147244.post-67015330428203436292011-04-16T23:08:32.317-05:002011-04-16T23:08:32.317-05:00I went to NYC 5 years ago with my grandmother and ...I went to NYC 5 years ago with my grandmother and her friend, and I had the time of my life.
